Osmeh svima, osmeh! Tako je počela ova dugotrajna (7 sezona) serija koja je bila jedna od antologijskih/gostujućih serija ABC Netvork-a (zajedno sa The Love Boat) koja se pokazala veoma popularnom. Svake nedelje dva gosta su dolazila na Ostrvo fantazije da im se ispuni želja/fantazija. Njihov misteriozni domaćin, ljubazni i uglađeni gospodin Rork u belom odelu, učinio bi ponekad nemoguće i ispunio im želje... ali uvek je bilo nekog obrta u fantaziji, puštajući gosta da nauči nešto o sebi ili dobije nešto što nije očekivao. Najviše se pamti po prisustvu Hervea Villechaizea kao umanjenog "Tattoo" i njegovog povika "De plane! De plane!" šou se pokazao dovoljno popularnim da ode na daljinu, a zatim iznedri kratko oživljavanje/rimejk 1990-ih. Rimejk, Fantasi Island (1998) krajem 1990-ih nije bio tako uspešan kao njegov prethodnik.
